MY REFLECTION ABOUT THE DEBATE SESSION TITLED “WHICH FACTOR FOR HUMAN TO HAVE PRIORITY FOR ORGAN TRANSPLANT”

Regarding to the topic or title that we get for the debate session, my group should stand for the factor of lifestyle of a human. During our presentation, we differentiate the lifestyle into two which are good and bad lifestyle. One of our point is that, if someone have good lifestyle and do take care of his/her healthiness very well, but for some not-under intention reason that organ’s failure occur, the hospital’s behalf should give him/her the opportunity to have new organ since he/she appreciates that gift (organ) before. While for someone who at the past have bad lifestyle, we give another reason which the behalf of the hospital should give him/her second chance to have a better life than before, mean that we don’t want their life to end that way (bad one). However, for some reasons, I do really think that all of the factors given have their own values to make them be a choice for having a healthy life. After the debate session has been finished, I came out with some ideas and opinions about other factors. Talking about someone who contribute to our country and unfortunately need an organ transplant, that would be a tough reason for him/her to be chose since this kind of person is much more distinguish than others plus our country still need his all contributions and good deeds and of course he/she will have a lot of supports from community. Besides, in the world of reality, money is everything right now. Whoever has a lot of money will have a very high chance to do organ transplant since they are afford or able to pay for the surgery which I believe is very expensive. Frankly, for me, I think that those who have the factors of these two will have a very high priority for organ transplant but for sure this matter will bring pity to another persons which older in age, first comers, and also for someone who really need medical attention. Although they have their own tough reasons to be operated, they can’t fight those two which are the one who contribute much and the wealthy person. As a conclusion, if anyone involved in this kind of problem (looking for organ), one best thing you can do is pray a lot so that lucky will be in your hand.
